Program Outline

Initial Consultation
The program begins with a 45–60 minute consultation that includes a holistic assessment of your baseline health and wellness status.

Clean-Up
The clean-up phase starts by taking an inventory of your daily consumable products. That’s it: the oils you cook with, the water you drink, the air you breathe, your makeup, etc.

Fasting

  • Develop a fasting schedule tailored to your cycle.

  • Create a fasting regimen and protocols for perimenopausal and menopausal women.

  • Learn about the concept of metabolic switching.

Gut Health – Microbiome

  • Develop a basic understanding of the gut and microbiome.

  • Understand the role of the microbiome in health.

  • Learn about SIBO/SIFO.

Nutrition

  • Learn about food groups and their roles in health.

  • Lessons on food fermentation and how to incorporate it into each meal.
